Ljubljana Late Sunday Shopping Options
As in much of Europe, most supermarkets in Ljubljana are either closed on Sundays or only open for part of the day.
This can be very annoying if you arrive at your Airbnb and don’t have any food. Don’t despair though, as I discovered two places that are open into Sunday evenings.
Knavs Mini Market
We visited Knavs on a Sunday when we discovered that all other supermarkets were closed. It’s a small mini market but has a good selection of almost everything. It’s about a 5-10 minute walk from the train station.

Robi Supermarket
We didn’t visit this place but found out about it. It’s in a different area of Ljubljana and open later.
