Forky’s

Forky’s a vegan restaurant chain in Czechia. Their food is 100% vegan and mostly includes burgers, wraps, salad bowls, traditional Czech food and a few other dishes.

When we ate there, I chose the Thai Green Curry with Jasmine Rice. It was delicious.

My wife chose the Gado Gado Salad Bowl, which was equally delicious.

Forky’s is a large, modern restaurant. The above image is just part of the ground floor. There is also seating upstairs and outside. It’s very popular.

Vegan Ice Cream Vans

We saw two vegan ice cream vans in Brno – one at Freedom Square and the other at Cabbage Market. They have around 8-10 different flavors that change every day.
